THE PARADE THROUGH AFTON

The day started with the elementary school parading through the town of Afton.  It was great fun and a little crazy with the entire 1st through 3rd grades.  The boys and I joined Addie's class for the parade.  Out of all those kids, Addie was the only one dressed up like a bride.  (She was a bride without a husband by-the-way.  She got mad when I asked her who she was marrying.)

This is Addie's teacher, Mrs. Stoor.  She is a coybow.

Hayden crashed after the parade.  It was a good thing too, we had a lot more fun ahead of us!

TRICK-OR-TREAT

The night started with trick-or-treating around our neighborhood.  I rode my bike with the race car driver and the bride in the trailer.  The Hulk rode his own bike.  We went to all 18 homes and got just enough candy to make us sick but not enough to last until Easter.  It was a perfect night with perfect weather!

CARVING PUMPKINS

That is right.  We had not carved pumpkins yet so we did it Halloween night.  So about eight carvings later we finished and our porch looked awesome!

GRANDMA'S VISIT

Last but not least, we went trick-or-treating to Grandma's house.  She is always so much fun to go see.  She acts like she is scared and that these are the most amazing goblins she has ever seen.  She also gives lots of treats including a special treat bag!
